Document Submission Guide

    • Please follow the required subject format when submitting.
      Use the format : (K-City Network Program) + [Project Name]
    • Prepare the application according to the provided templates.
      • The submission must consist of: Proposal (Form 1), Cooperation Commitment Letter (Form 2), Agreement for Cooperation (Form 3), and any additional attachments (if applicable).
      • Any previous studies/projects or future plans related to the proposed project must be attached as supplementary materials.
      • The proposal must be within 20 pages.
      • Page limits must be strictly followed.
      • Submit as a single PDF file.
      • Italicized text (blue) is a guideline/example and must be deleted before submission.
    • The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Secretariat (KIND) may request additional documents, and applicants must comply.
    • If it is confirmed after the announcement of the selection results that the applicant was selected through fraudulent means such as falsifying, altering, or providing false information in any part of the submitted documents, the selection may be canceled.
    • Any disadvantages arising from errors or omissions in the submitted documents or from the inability to contact the applicant are considered the sole responsibility of the applicant.
    • Project budgets and the number of supported projects may be adjusted depending on the number of submissions, the level of competition, and the evaluation results.
    • All matters related to the evaluation process fall under the authority of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Secretariat (KIND), and information such as evaluator identities, proposal-specific assessments, and evaluation results is not disclosed.
    • If any interpretation issues arise regarding the contents of this guide, the interpretation of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Secretariat (KIND) shall prevail.
